Care Instructions

Step 1 - Calming Balance Cleanse Bar: Thoroughly wet skin and cleanse bar. Work bar into a lather between hands. Transfer lather onto skin and rub in circular motions. Rinse with warm water.

Step 2 - Replenishing Hydra Soothe Serum: Use AM & PM. Gently apply a few pumps onto damp, cleansed skin. Follow with your favourite oil. Ideal for every day hydration or as a multi-tasking skin soother.

Step 3 - Barrier Restore Nutrient Oil: Use AM & PM. Warm a few drops in hands and then pat gently onto cleansed damp skin. Use before any water-based treatments. To nourish hair, rub a few drops between palms and then smooth through mid-lengths and ends.

    Who is the Biome Advantage System for?

    It's built for sensitive, reactive and easily irritated skin — including redness, dryness, dehydration and a compromised barrier. It's gentle enough for the most reactive skin, but works across all skin types.
    What's included and how do I use it?

    Three products used in order, AM and PM: (1) Calming Balance Cleanse Bar — lather and massage onto wet skin, rinse with warm water; (2) Replenishing Hydra-Soothe Serum — press a few pumps onto damp skin; (3) Barrier Restore Nutrient Oil — warm a few drops in your hands and pat over the serum.
    Is it really fragrance-free?

    Yes. The whole system is fragrance-free and essential-oil free, vegan, cruelty-free and pH-balanced — formulated to avoid the common triggers that upset sensitive skin.
    Can I use it if I have rosacea, eczema or acne-prone skin?

    Many customers with rosacea, eczema and adult/hormonal breakouts use the system as part of their daily routine and report calmer-looking, more comfortable skin. It's fragrance-free and non-stripping, but it isn't a medical treatment — if you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist or GP first.
    When will I see results?
