I've absolutely loved using the Bio Bod trio! The Oat Cleanser, Hydra Soothe Serum and Barrier Restore Oil are all so gentle yet effective on my skin, and I love that the products feel so natural while still delivering results.
My absolute favourite has to be the Barrier Restore Oil. I've been struggling with acne scarring and skin inflammation over the past few months, and within the first two weeks of using it, I noticed such a difference in the overall appearance and feel of my skin. I wake up with the softest, silkier, glowing skin, and it's quickly become a staple in my routine!
I also love how versatile the oil is. It's not just for my face; it's great for other areas of the body that need extra hydration, especially dry patches. It's one of those products that you find yourself reaching for over and over again.

Just over Two years ago now my skin went mental while I hit Perimenopause like a freight train. Eczema combined with hives on my face and neck had me in Emergencey Department and After hours Doctors a couple of times. Cortisone and prednisone and antihistamines to calm it all down. Tried so much skincare to relieve but with no success until BioBod. Im literally blown away from the the first night after I bought the sample size to try it was soothed, calmed and glowing and for the first time in years, waking with not dry, tight or itchy skin but hydrated and glowing skin. I may be using antihistamines still frequently but less cortisone and prednisone. 100% honest review here. I actually got this for my nephew, who is currently struggling with a little bit of acne. His skin has responded really well to it so far.
