Refund policy

Happiness Guarantee: Our number 1 priority is our customers, to request a refund, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your Biobod order and share a brief explanation of why the product is no longer suitable for your skin. Refunds apply to the product cost only and don’t include any shipping fees paid at checkout.

If you believe you’re eligible, please email hello@biobod.com.au with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The product used
  • A short description of why the product isn’t suitable for you

Please note: It’s the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list before using Biobod products.

  • For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of skincare, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • If your order included a complimentary gift as part of a promotion, this will also need to be returned for your refund to be processed.
  • If the product was purchased on sale, the refund will reflect the sale price.

To return the product, you just need to do the following:

  • Please note: the return shipping costs are covered by the customer (you).
  • Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, along with a note of your order number:

  • Please ensure any leaky bottles or tubes are placed in Ziplock or sealed bags so they do not leak in the mail.
  • We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and insure your shipment as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment.
  • Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Please also note: If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If a refund is deemed appropriate under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, we will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election) using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange, or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.
