1. After cleansing, apply 3–5 drops of Barrier Restore Nutrient Oil to the face, neck, and décolletage.
2. Hold the Gua Sha at a 45-degree angle place the curved part gently against your cheek, the curved design will allow for gentle and smooth glide. Gently glide upwards and outwards from the centre of your face.
3. Repeat each section 2–3 times, finishing with downward strokes from temples to the base of your neck.
4. For extra soothing benefits, chill the stone for a few minutes before use.
