Brightening Cleanser: Apply a teaspoon of powder to wet hands and activate until creamy foam forms, cleanse skin in gentle circular motions and rinse as usual.

Deep Oil cleanse: Mix as above, but add a few drops of our Barrier Restore oil  to your lather. Ideal for lifting heavy make-up or sunscreen.

Brightening Mask: Mix two teaspoons of cleansing powder, with a teaspoon of water. Apply to face and neck with fingertips or mask brush. Allow to dry for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.

Scalp detox - mix as a cleanser and deeply massage into scalp, rinse thoroughly.

Using the Rice + Oat Cleaning Powder is simple. Wet your hands and apply a teaspoon of the powder. Activate the powder by rubbing your hands together until a creamy foam forms. Gently cleanse your skin in circular motions, and then rinse off as usual.

How do I use this cleanser as a brightening mask?

To use the Rice + Oat Cleaning Powder as a brightening mask, mix two teaspoons of the powder with a teaspoon of water to create a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck, allowing it to dry for approximately 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water after the designated time.

What if I am wearing heavy makeup?

If you are wearing heavy makeup, our Rice + Oat Cleaning Powder can still effectively cleanse your skin. Activate the powder cleanser with water as usual, and then add a few drops of our Barrier Restore oil (or any other oil) to the lather. This combination is ideal for removing both heavy makeup and sunscreen.

How long will it last?

When used daily as a face cleanser, one container of the Rice + Oat Cleaning Powder will last approximately 1.5 months.
